How fast will I actually feel something?

BIOME and CURB work differently: they are daily melts built for consistency, and their benefits build over weeks, not minutes. We tell you this upfront because expecting fireworks from a gut health strip helps nobody.
The doses look smaller than my capsules. Am I getting enough?
Fair question, and the answer is the whole point of the format. When you swallow a capsule, it runs the full gauntlet of your digestive system and much of it never reaches you. Melts absorb through the mouth, skipping that gauntlet, so the ingredient goes further. We dose for what your body receives, not for what looks impressive on a label.

This sounds too easy. What's the catch?
The catch is discipline on our end. Fitting real doses into a strip is hard, which is why each melt carries five or six ingredients that earn their place instead of twenty five that share a label. If an ingredient needs a dose too large for a strip, we leave it out entirely rather than include a sprinkle of it for show.
How do I know what's actually in these?
Every ingredient, its exact form, and its exact dose is printed on the pack and published on our site. No proprietary blends, ever. Every batch is third party tested for identity, potency, and purity. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
Do strips really absorb better, or is that marketing?

Can I take different melts on the same day?
Yes. The melts are designed to work alongside each other, and most of our customers build a daily stack. Just respect each melt's own daily limit, printed on its pack.
Do I need to take it with food or water?
No. That is the entire idea. Though HYDRATE works best when you are actually drinking water through the day. It upgrades your water, it does not replace it.
What do they taste like?
Cool mint across the line, except CURB, which is ginger and green tea. The strip dissolves in seconds and leaves your breath better than it found it.

Who should skip melts?
Melts are for adults. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider first. Our pharmacist would insist on it.
Can I take IGNITE with my morning coffee?
We would rather you pick one. IGNITE carries 80mg of caffeine from green tea, about one strong cup of coffee. Stacking it on top of other caffeine defeats its purpose, which is precision. One IGNITE per day, and never close to bedtime.
Will TRANQUILITY make me drowsy?
It is formulated for calm, not sleep. The ingredients are chosen to settle your nerves while leaving your focus intact. That said, everyone's body is different, so try your first one at home rather than before a drive.
Is there sugar in these?
No sugar in five of the six melts. HYDRATE contains a trace of dextrose, 25mg, because sodium absorbs better with a small amount of glucose. That is the science behind every serious rehydration formula, and it is a fraction of what a single gummy vitamin carries.
